NORD is a collaborative project with Solido Arquitectura; construction will begin in 2023.
The design of the facade was one of the most important aspects of the project. We sought to create a dynamic, rhythmic pattern, departing from the typical design of continuous balconies. Our aim was to differentiate the spaces through design, exploring diverse spatial configurations within the apartment layout proposed by the developer.
